One of the very first books and authors in this genre I ever read. The series is sizzling. Alpha males as far as the eye can see. If your looking for tame and soft interludes this isn't the book for you. If your looking for large, incredible alpha males and what they do best- put this and the rest of the series in your cart now!

I have to say, I enjoyed this series very much. The story universe is vast and immersive, filled with an array of characters and situations that captures your attention as well as your heart. This particular novel, the first in the series, sets the theme of passionate extraterrestrial interaction, fated love, and a world beyond earth society. What more can you ask for? Readers should keep an open mind, though it's categorized as science fiction/futuristic, there are medieval elements in addition to sexually liberal scenes. The only misgivings I have about the whole series is that Black's later novels are often too short! Want more please :D
