Book 2 in the Heart of the West series.

Even bad boys want to settle down sometime…

All it takes is the right woman, and a guy is toast. Brad McTavish knows it. He's known it since the day Keely, the sexy little redhead who makes his hands itch and his cock burn, walked into Roped and Lassoed, Brad's BDSM club, looking for a Dom to master her. Now he's ready to put a lid on his wild ways and settle down to some full-on, loving submission from his favorite slave.

But fears from her past haunt Keely. She's having none of it. Especially with Brad. However, as a three-day blizzard hits, locking them up together to wait out the storm, Keely's about to find out there's more to this bad-boy Dom than meets the eye.

Melinda of Night Owl Romance: Every little brother wants what the big brother has and in this case Brad McTavish wants what his brother Jared has. A good woman to come home to and obey all his commands and wishes? Only one person comes to mind for Brad. One woman who has starred in all his erotic fantasies and dreams for the past year, her name is Keely. She is beautiful, smart, gorgeous and shares the same interest as him - BDSM. The problem is that she keeps denying the one thing he wants: a relationship. The only relationship she will accept is in the dungeon, his business Roped and Lassoed. He knows the people around see him as the town bad boy but he wants more than to be a legend. He wants a full-time relationship with this woman and a life with her. Fate is at his side and of course Mother Nature but can he convince Keely they belong together in five days and can Brad get her to submit to his commands and the love he desperately wants to share with her? Keely is a woman who knows when someone wants her and Brad is it. For the past year she has been teasing him going to him at his dungeon. She knows that if she starts a relationship outside the dungeon people will shun her. This is hard for him to accept but Keely has issues that are hard to overcome. Yes she wants a future with him but can she really trust him with her heart? She’s seen what a master can do to his slave. She saw her own parent’s relationship. Will Brad treat her the same way? He is everything she has wanted in a man and she knows he can be gentle and yet commanding with his looks and tone. Can she continue to tease and only love him in the dungeon? Once again Ann has a beautiful hit with this series. I am starting to love the McTavish family. Though everybody knows Brad as a bad boy beneath the tough exterior he is a softie. This is something that Keely has a hard time coming to grips with. Just when she thinks she knows him Brad does a 180 on her making her see a different side of him. I loved that one minute Brad is all sexual persona and then a one-man lover. It all makes him hard to resist. I felt for Keely for wanting to love yet afraid of how he will treat her. Again the BDSM is shown to us in a different light in this beautiful sequel but so is its sensual side and man is Brad all sensual and one hot lover. Ann Jacobs has done an awesome job with the Heart of the West series and I definitely recommend this one as well. 5/5 - Reviewer Top Pick - _________ Rita of Night Owl Romance: Brad McTavish rodeo rider and owner of Roped and Lassoed a BDSM dungeon was consider a wild man. The only problem was that he was bored. The only thing he looked forward to was the days Keely came in. He wanted her to be his and only his. She let him use his skills to get her off, but their relationship ended at the doors of Roped and Lassoed. He needed to find a way to make her see he was the one for her. When a blizzard hits giving the opportunity of a lifetime he takes advantage of it. Bringing her to his house he sets out to prove just how good they could be together. When all is said and done will Kelly be his, or will they be over for good? Keely knew she had a problem when no other Dom could satisfy her need for submission. Brad McTavish was the one her body craved. He had made it clear he wanted to take their relationship to the next level, but she wasn’t ready to give a man complete control of her life. Then there was the fact that he was way out of her league. Getting caught in a blizzard with him she gets to see another side of him. Can he help her get past her hang-ups? Will she finally admit that he’s everything he wants? A true alpha male with a tender side, what more can a girl ask for? This sexual romp has tender emotions to match the steam the characters create. This was a clever tale worth picking up. 4/5
