Tess must help solve the five-year-old cold case of Hannah Reid’s disappearance, because solving the case will save Kipp. But a bigger problem presents itself. Tess is falling in love with a ghost. Now she must decide. Keep Kipp forever, or find the killer.

Supernaturally Kissed, Book #1 of the Frostbite series Author: Stacey Kennedy Synopsis: Ghosts harass and annoy Tess Jennings to save their souls. Sometimes she helps them. Other times she ignores them. But one ghost will give her no choice. Kipp McGowen, a cop with the Memphis Police Department, will stop at nothing to gain her help, including using his ghostly charms to seduce her. Tess must help solve the five year old cold case of Hannah Reid, because solving the case will save Kipp. But a bigger problem presents itself. Tess is falling in love with a ghost. Now she must decide. Keep Kipp forever or find the killer… Our Review [by Michelle L. Olson – LITERAL ADDICTION’s Pack Alpha]: I’m a lover and follower of Stacey’s work, and I had thought that I had read pretty much everything she had out there until I discovered that Stolen Dreams was rewritten as Supernaturally Kissed and was given the opportunity to read and review it. I had also thought that I had a lockdown on my favorite Kennedy Hunk, and that he had no competition… boy was I wrong! With Supernaturally Kissed, Stacey hooks you less than 5 pages in and doesn’t let go, well… ever, because when you finish the last page you will be yearning for Book #2 to be in your hands immediately. Tess is an extraordinary female lead that I had no problems identifying with immediately despite her unique gift. She’s sassy, spunky, smart, brave and just the right amount of insecure. Kipp is… to die for. [Hee hee]. He’s everything I would ever want in a man – self assured, sensitive, strong willed, intuitive, honorable, and sexy as sin. The supporting characters are perfect for the story arc and Stacey places and introduces them at exactly the right moments to make the plot thicken perfectly like a well prepared turkey gravy. While the story starts out quickly, I never once felt like I was missing anything or wondering about how we got there, and it honestly never slowed down, which made me skip meals, ignore phone calls, and devour the book in one sitting. There is a whole lot of mystery, intrigue, and romance in Supernaturally Kissed, which will leave you with feelings of surprise, frustration, shock, tenderness, trepidation, longing, and a whole smattering of other emotions along with plenty of laughter, which makes this murder mystery unlike most others. LITERAL ADDICTION gives Supernaturally Kissed 5 Skulls, of which it is well deserving in my honest opinion. We would recommend it to ALL Stacey Kennedy fans (even those who may have read Stolen Dreams), every Paranormal Romance junkie out there, Romantic Suspense lovers and even some Urban Fantasy buffs (if you don’t mind some wicked romance with your dark fantasy). Honestly, anyone who is looking for a quick paced, emotion filled read with mystery, suspense, romance and humor should read Supernaturally Kissed! Another standing “O” for Stacey Kennedy. Supernaturally Kissed was amazing, and I absolutely cannot wait for book #2.

Loved it! Couldn't put it down! The only downside is the ending. I hope there is a sequel to wrap their story up with a happy ending!

I have read other books that had ghost characters in them and my first ghost themed romance book was Shade by Jeri Smith-Ready which is Young Adult. Supernaturally Kissed is the grown up version with a murder mystery, humor and some hot sexy moments between Tess and Kipp. I was hooked within a few pages of Supernaturally Kissed. Ms. Kennedy does an awesome job of world building and character development. I know when an author is a good writer when they can suck me in and have me experiencing the same feelings as the characters. I was laughing and crying with Tess the whole time I was reading. Not mention getting hot and bother when Kipp was talking dirty to Tess. Supernaturally doesn’t end with a nice neat HEA but I’ve been told by Kennedy that we get answers in book 2 so I can’t wait for that release. (Stacey when you have an ARC let me know!) I have a few ideas from hints in book 1 about what could happen in book 2. But Kennedy does enough of changing things up in the plot to keep me guessing. If you are looking for a super hot cop, who just happen to be a ghost and a sassy gal that can see dead people, give Supernaturally Kissed by Stacey Kennedy a try to day. You won’t be sorry.

I read this book when it was originally Stolen Dreams, and I was a little nervous this would feel more of a re-read, but that is really not at all how I felt. Even if you have read Stolen Dreams you are going to want to read Supernaturally Kissed. All my old favorite scenes where there and some added. Now I can not remember Stolen Dreams word for word so I can not say how much was added but this book was still amazing. And now I am even more excited to read the 2nd book!! You might think, how can a women fall for a ghost? Or how can there be any hot steamy book porn like moments in a book when the two leading people can not even touch? I would tell you, you should read Supernaturally Kissed and find out! Its a rare romance, one you can not imagine working out but one you are dying (no pun intended) to find a way to work out. Kipp is just freaking amazing, he is sexy has such a good heart, knows how to talk dirty like no other and did I mention drop dead sexy (okay I will stop with the dead jokes,) oh and he is a ghost! Tess is full of spunk, she is someone you can easily relate too. She is funny down to earth and has one of those personalities I was instantly in love with. She is strong but you get to see some moments where she shows a vulnerable side with Kipp and it was super sweet. She can also see ghosts. Kipp being murdered while investigating another murder needs her help. She goes out and finds Kipps best friend another cop and together the three of them go out and try to solve this crime. Most of the time in this book I kept thinking why couldn't they have met before he died. It was really hard seeing him get down and realize his life was over. It just broke my heart. Supernaturally Kissed is an awesome book! It has so much of everything I love. I LOVE everything Stacey Kennedy but I have missed her urban fantasy/paranormal romance stories. I love how Tess and Kipp come together. Its that forbidden kind of love, the book was filled with lots of mystery some new twists, heart ache, it was a bit emotional and some nice steamy scenes!! Its just one of those books that I would recommend to any paranormal romance reader. I so can not wait for the next book!!

Stacey knows how to write a delightful and witty romance. In this novella Stacey takes this hero and heroine into a world wind romance that leaves you wanting more at the end and I loved reading every bit of it. I read this one before under a previous title and really enjoyed reading it, all but the ending because it was a cliffhanger ugh. *pouting* I hate cliffhangers lol. This time around I enjoyed it even more because Stacey re-wrote the ending and made it fantastic, but more to the point no cliffhanger;) I can’t wait to see where she’s going to take this ghost storyline next. Kipp and Tess have a lot of hot heated tension between them and I loved how Stacey adds the Frostbite in the book and it reminds me of the cover, it’s very fitting. I know a lot of you don’t like reading ghost romance because let’s face it ghost can’t have a romance or more to the point sex, so therefore people tend to steer clear of these storylines. But I think Stacey does great job in writing the story she makes it realistic and very sexy, so please give this one a try. You get a great murder mystery, humor and some very hot moments. I highly recommend this novella to those who aren’t afraid of reading about a sexy hot ghost that’s in need of tender love and care LOL.
