After reading this story, I look forward to getting my hands on books 1 and 2. The author did a great job engaging the reader. I had a very hard time putting it down and read it very quickly. I felt a very strong connection to both Dana and Rick. They are characters you would enjoy getting to know in real life. Both of them have worked very hard to overcome their past and get them where they are now. Dana is a successful business owner and Rick is the captain of the Orlando Vipers. There were funny moments, HOT moments, tender/sweet moments and even an unexpected twist that left me on the edge of my seat. A drop dead sexy hero with a hint of vulnerability, a super strong heroine who wants to be accepted for who she is, and sex scenes that would melt a glacier never mind a hockey rink---an all-around fun, exciting, entertaining read.
