Together they have a son that Valcour doesn’t know about. He went out to the water one day and never returned. When a young lady came to get advice from Lark about a man she met it almost seemed it was Valcour, but could it be the same man the young lady spoke about? Lark soon finds herself in a dangerous place. As the story goes on I was hoping for Lark and Valcour to be together in the end. The book had me hanging on, I couldn’t put it down I wanted to know what would happen. I really enjoyed the storyline, it was interesting and different.
