The story was broken up in sections through a lot of memories and while the writing style was excellent (as always) the story wasn't a smooth read. My BIG problem was the main character was gone! I get that she has the memories of the past but she is still an individual of the present. ugh.. Okay but could be better. I was intreaged throughout the entire book but then the main character just blacks out and does not reappear for the rest of the book? I think she tried to explain it in the epilogue but it really didn't really come off. The story was well written and its overall uniqueness is what pushed it to a 3 for me. If you're into ghost stories with repeat scenes then this book is perfect for you. And how do you get rid of a main character without a reason. No sense what so ever. Boo Shiloh.
