Stephanie on 5/24/2010, said: I thought I was the only one who was let down by this story. I just couldn't get into it or the characters. Shaun seemed nice enough but there wasn't much to him. Kara was okay but I would have liked a little more backstory instead of small glimpses into her and Shaun's history. The characters just weren't there for me - Shaun seemed like a nice guy but maleable and Kara just didn't have a defined personality. I wasn't sure what to make of her and she didn't seem to know what to make of herself. The story had that repetitious soap opera lack of quality that just gets annoying halfway through. First sex scene borderlined on rape and that bothered me. Could have been better just sums it up. I really wanted to like this one but it was painful to read in places.
