The ending was abrupt as Stephanie stated but I do see how it will set up the story for further books. The sex scenes, I felt, were copied and pasted after the first one was written. Both Leah and Shane were fully developed characters that kept me interested, and their sex scenes were scorching. My only complaints are that it was a little short and the climax of the story was a bit abrupt. But overall Eagle's Run is a great read and I look forward to reading the rest of the series.
