Curvy redhead Giselle Hunter, parapsychology reporter, has a crisis. Finding a ghost within three days is the only way to save her job. Not easy, especially with no psychic talent. A trip to Savannah Georgia—voted the most haunted city in America—seems ideal. But while Giselle encounters a discrimination-obsessed vampire, a nudist wizard, a not-so-psychic medium and a host of other kooks, there’s not a ghost in sight.

Then there’s scrumptiously sexy, private investigator Ry Leland. With his buff body and bitable lips, Ry ignites her passion. He’s an enormous distraction. Distracting her in a bed, in a closet, on the kitchen table, in a car… But despite the explosion of their mutual lust at first sight, Ry is unwilling to help with what he calls a cockamamie investigation. Unwilling, that is, until an attempt on her life makes it clear someone wants to stop Giselle from finding a ghost…and turn her into one.

I really enjoyed this read. There isn't a lot of sex in it. so its a more a "blush" maybe. But the story is good. I laughed out loud many times. I would recommend this read as a good paranormal romance with some mystery & a little steam :D

It was interesting. Towards the end, the bickering and bumbling got tiresome. Overall a really good read.

I had to think long and hard about rating this novel. It reads more as a spoof of romance than actual romance and it might be a tad too long and redundant. At the same time, I liked the storyline and was curious enough to continue reading. Readers seeking erotic content might feel short-changed; the novel contains few love scenes and they aren't all that erotic. I would have liked to read less snark in the narrative; it just never let up and functionned as a sort of barrier to character development. No matter what occurred in the story, the next line or comment was inevitably Giselle wisecracking internally or aloud. It was funny, but it never went any further than that over a Plus Novel word count. Still, Giselle's zany adventures and misadventures had their own charm. I laughed a lot.

Not a particularly steamy book. There are only about 4 sexual interactions btwn the main characters. On top of that, I found the humor to be lacking and I was in no way a fan of the bumbling heroine
