There was nothing to his character other than his predictable reaction to an undressing woman. She went from being "shy" and drawing the line at showing "shoulders and legs" to naked pretty darn fast, which was explained by nothing other than the guy was "hot". This same concept of modeling/being seductive in front of a camera was much better done in Full Exposure.
