Ebony on 10/14/2011, said: I thought this was a nice sensual BDSM story I liked both the male and female character and it was nice to have the plot of the story based on the training aspect of BDSM. However my one complaint and its a small one is that the female lead Kat had piercings done to her breast and vaginal area and with in hours of having them done she was engaging in sexual activity. First off I've had piercings done and the one thing that is expressed is that you not engage in any sexual activity that could infect the open piercings its not healthy or advised. I know this is a work of fiction and so creative license has been taken but it kinda bothered me because I know that in reality its just impossible to do and would be rather uncomfortable. The sex couldnt be written better, but the writing outside the sex scenes could use a bit of polishing to make the story more consistent and seamless. Little details in one scene are never mentioned or contradicted in the following scenes. Also the hero/Dom needed to be a tad smarter in trusting and dealing with the people around him; making him that naive/gullible didnt fit with the character the author tried to present us with. A smart, strong and experienced hero would never have had a seriously dangerous person living in his house for long. All in all though this author has fantastic potential to be on everyone's must read list if you like your books the hotter the better! I'll be waiting for the next one she puts out. The hero does this out of fear for his reputation. He also lets another of the villains remain in his house after she severely abuses the heroine. I found his actions incredibly selfish, to the point where I could not enjoy the story. 2) The heroine is TSTL. One of the villains threatens to kill her while holding a knife to her throat. For some reason, she never bothers to tell anyone, or take any other steps to protect herself. I didn't hate her the way I hated the hero, but I did think she was an idiot and a doormat.
