When King Kei is bitten by a dragon he knows that it is only a matter of time before he will transform into a mindless distructive dragon, and there is no cure. His brother hands him over to the one woman who is trying to find a cure, and has been studying dragons, since her husband was bitten and became one. She has reason to hate Kei, because he killed the dragon her husband turned into. This is one of the best shifter romance I've ever read.
