I loved the strong alpha heroine and the males, but I found it hard to believe (like the other comments) that she would just bow down to the males. grrr. made me angry. Wanted her to keep fighting. Just found myself getting very frustrated and closing the book. For the reasons above I would only give it a threee. Don't like to be frustrated in reading. But what bothered me more was the way her business just became part of the collective- I don't think I could deal with all my hard work just being snatched from me as easily... I did have a hard time accepting that she would go from being so independent to being so accepting of dominant men who knew what was best for her and rearranged her life and told her later. Loved the writing, loved the setting and the shifter world, but I am giving it a 4 since it was hard to accept her being in a relationship where she didn't get to truly make any decisions for herself anymore.
