Six months after the mass human-Terilian weddings of One Thousand Brides and Bride Reborn, Earth woman Janis Stone is consumed with lust for her alien husband Delos. A public exhibition of sex in zero gravity leaves her craving more of his exciting lovemaking. Janis’ attempted seduction of Delos during a holiday sexual “fast” makes him promise retribution. Payback comes when Janis awakens tied to the bed, about to be pleasured by Delos’ skillful fingers, tongue and cock.

After a steamy encounter, the couple exchange gifts obtained at personal sacrifice. But their greatest gift for each other is love.

This book is a must read as the book between "One Thousand Brides" and "Bride Reborn." It is a little confusing if you read it first, as I did, but it introduced me to the author so I'm glad I read it. I went back and got the other two books and then re-read this one in between them and it really adds a lot to the series. I love the free books because I have discovered so many good authors I might not have noticed otherwise.

Sexy story. Different kind of alien but really worked for the plot.

A very interesting read, although you don't know the full back story to the couple this small section of their life is a fun read anyway. (only 31 pages). The error towards the end did annoy a little as it always pulls you away from the story if you're thinking-how did she do that??..lol I'm off to buy another of her novels.

This is the first item that I have read from Solange Ayre and it was a fun and sexy read and a wonderful introduction to this Author's work. I will be reading the other Bride books and works from this Writer. I would actually rate this 5 stars except that near the end of the story there was one scene glitch that I noticed. It did not take away from the story but did make me take a moment to re-read that part of the scene.
