A on 2/24/2009, said: 2.5 Stars. Please keep in mind I'm "out of the loop" since I did not read the earlier books in the series. What I Liked: there was comedy and fun in this tale. I enjoy historicals and I loved the period flavor in this story. The erotica was also very sensuous. What I disliked: the story read like a group of teenagers had met, decided they liked each other, and decided to play sex games. I did not feel any of the main characters experienced or expressed true mature adult romantic feelings in the story. The emotional depth of all the characters seemed lacking to me.
