The story was hot, hot, hot, probably the most erotic stuff I read in a short story. This book fits in after book 5, I believe and then it makes more sense. It may not be directly related to the Empress' New Clothes but there is a correlation with a character from book 5 in that story. Otherwise, this book is a total stand alone.
