The world as imagined through the author's words is a horrendous place to exist for any woman who isn't a submissive sex addict. Does the virus affect the male population's brains as well? How could anyone with an iota of compassion for a fellow human being compel men to sexually assault women in a gang rape, and to have the incidents video recorded for the viewing pleasure of the misogynistic sadists running the government? Not to mention that these must be some pretty bad terrorists to have the military so strung out that soldiers were not allowed leave to go home for years! As a retired Army vet, I can easily imagine such a strict environment leading to mass rebellions, and desertions. Because that’s the only reason Jude (who professes to love her) hadn’t seen Cassie in five years, right? Right? Oh yeah, just a work of fiction, VERY poorly conceived. I could go on and on about this story, but I won’t. Suffice it to say that I give “Jude Outlaw” two thumbs down. I’m glad it was free.
