Terry on 3/12/2012, said: Ms. Faulkner is a master at grabbing my attention and keeping it from beginning to end . . . and I guess beyond, since I look forward to reading the next installment of the Ghost Unit (Wanna Play)! This second book in the series is an emotional, poignant, uber sexy and sometimes cringe-worthy ride. Rem is a top dog, hunky, alpha male who is also sensitive, thoughtful and very intense about his feelings for Kathryn from day one. Kathryn is a strong, sensitive, sweet woman who has had to deal with a very difficult life. Watching their relationship grow amidst their sometimes-funny struggle to communicate from different perspectives was interesting, intriguing and even a little heart wrenching at times. The bad guy is super scary and the ‘not for the faint-of-heart’ warning is accurate. Thanks to Ms. Faulkner for this well-written, wonderful story. I hope you continue the series past the third book, however, because I would love to read Tammy and Miguel’s story (and the other ‘Ghosts’)! Erika on 2/23/2012, said: Book two of this series, I actually liked it better than I did book one, and I really liked that one. You could feel the way these characters hurt for each other and the absolute way that what one person hears is not necessarily what the person speaking says. Very intense, and you could see the evolvement of the feelings for the hero and heroine. I love a strong alpha male and a woman strong enough to be there with him. The sparks off the odd sense of humor were fun too, and you wanted to be there to chuckle behind your hand at the exasperation that was shown. This is a wonderful story and is full of romance. I found myself rooting for the characters. This author's take on loving alpha males is superb. I hope more books will be coming soon in this series.
