Danni Colbert is desperate to escape her job’s stress, but when she visits her aunt, she walks into a nightmare. Her aunt is in a coma and the old lodge her aunt inherited—along with a massive remodeling loan—is scheduled to reopen in only five days. If it doesn’t, the bank will foreclose. To top it off, Danni has just drawn the Five of Wands—a card of challenge and conflict—for the second time that day.
Danni knows she’s biting off more than she can chew when she determines nothing will stop her from saving the lodge. Then an “advisor”, the incredibly sexy Alec Wallace, arrives and she realizes she’s biting off more than she can chew with him also, but he’s a real tempting mouthful.
