I felt at times that Tatiana's story was getting lost amongst the stories of her siblings, but that did not really detract from the book. My heart really went out to Andrei throughout this book, though the brief explanation for his behavior that's given at the end gives hope that things will work out alright for him eventually. Terri on 12/21/2009, said: Great continuation of the story about the Dumonts and the Madisons. This book can be read as book 5 but is really book 9. It is kind of hard to grab what is going on when I started reading this book after I read book four and then contacted the author and she gave me the list of reading order. There are two publishers. One is EC and one is Changeling Press. These stories continue to interconnect with each other going back and forth where one book left off and another from a different publisher picks up. I hate when they do that but follow the order I give you for a better enjoyment. I found out that Moonlight Desires is really book 5 and Moonlight Whispers is really book 6, which is about Vlad and Sei Madison's twin shifter sons. Then you have to go to Changeling Press and read the Moonlight Madness Collection, which includes Parts 1, 2, and includes Moonlight Healing, which is book 7 and 8 but you read Midnight Shadows from EC book 9 before Moonlight Healing book 10, then All in the Family from EC book 11 and then finally Nighttime Magic book 12, which is the story of Mikhel and Erica's son, Dimitri from Blood Lust series. This was the best vampire/shifter series I have read. Highly recommend reading it in order as it was so much better that way.
