Hesiod is charged to retrieve the Aquamarine from Carpus though the only was to retrieve it is to be gifted with it since it cannot be taken by force. Hesiod plans to seduce Carpus into gifting him with the Aquamarine; he didn't expect to fall in love with the mortal. What will Hesiod do will he betray Carpus or will Love win out? I enjoyed reading Two If By Sea. It had adventure and love in it and I will indeed check out others title by this author.
