Claudette on 4/15/2012, said: Veronica's whole life has been about finding the man responsible for her mother's brutal murder. She knows that despite her government training, that she still isn't up to taking on her nemesis without further training. Richocet is intrigued by Veronica, but he can't trust a member of his team who is so clearly not a team player. But somehow she becomes more than just a beautiful woman who is also a pain in the butt. This is a well crafted beautifully written romance. The villan is three dimensional and completely believable and so are the main characters. The action is brilliantly researched and the romance is scorching. You don't have to have read the other books in the series to get the full story, but after reading this you will because you'll love this book and want more.
